About a month left...

and believe it or not, I'll be back in school (sad face).  We've really had a lot of fun this summer and there is NO slowing down.  Ever morning, as long as the kids get up before 10:00, we take a walk.  We usually walk a long way too.  Brady has totally bought in because he wants more than anything to be "big and strong".  Here's a couple pictures of our adventures...

Telling me he see's a deer.  He didn't but whatever...

Taking a break and taking in a pretty nice view.
I can't get pictures of Addy because 1. I'm pushing her in the stroller and 2. She's more then likely asleep.  Immediately. As soon as we start...

I took Brady fishing one evening last week and he caught 4 sunfish.  I swear.  Of course I don't have the pictures to prove it but he did.  Believe me or don't, whatever.  We know the truth!

Sitting there reeling um in...
We go to Nana's house on Fridays and mow the grass.  Well, I do, they play...

Front porch sittin...

Fighting with light sabers.  They have never seen Star Wars but whatever...  It was fun to watch.
Yesterday on our walk, we found a secret playground!  It isn't really a secret but I've never been there AND it's a long walk away.  Hopefully he'll forget about it.  Probably not...

I can remember when he needed my help with everything.  Those days are gone...  He's so strong and independent.  I love him so much...

Sunday was a LONG day in the car but they got to go to Granna and Pop's house for a little bit.  Needless to say, I think Granna and Pops wore them out...  We could actually hear Brady drooling.  It was gross...

Today we went and got Brady's haircut.  After that, because he's been asking and talking about dad a lot lately, we went up to the cemetery.  It never gets easier for me and I know that Brady feeds off of my emotions up there.  I will never stop talking to him about dad though.  I'm so glad that he talks about Pappy so much.  Who knows how much he remembers, but we'll keep dads memory alive through constantly talking about him.  We do it all of the time.  I know Brady misses him so much.  We all do.

When we got home, they were clowning around as usual, so I took a picture.  It pretty much sums up our summer time together...

I just may be the luckiest guy in the world...
